In this article, you will learn how to structure and refine a document for optimal AI journey generation.
How can your documents facilitate AI journey generation?
As a designer, you can upload your existing documents, and based on their contents, AI will automatically generate a journey following the principles of the GEAR methodology, tailored to the target audience and desired learning behaviours.
That can be accomplished during the step-by-step process of creating a new journey.
During journey production, our AI models will decompose the unstructured content of the provided documents (Word, PDF, images, etc.) into structured content. This involves analysing the information to extract vectors from the documents and generate guiding materials.
Please note:
- The document will influence the guiding materials for the journey, but it will not affect behaviours, target audience, or other settings.
- AI drafts your journey for inspiration and efficiency, but the draft is not final. Experts should review and validate the results.
What kind of contents should be included?
Please ensure your document is relevant and focuses on pertinent information. Eliminate any redundant, outdated, or unrelated information, as it may be included in the final result. We also recommend validating the content with subject matter experts.
AI will analyse both the images and text in the document. To facilitate data extraction across different types of content, ensure the structure includes consistent headings, subheadings, and body text. Formatting tags can help extract topics more accurately.
Note:
- External URLs will not be processed by AI.
- Video data extraction is not currently available.
What kind of format should I use?
The best possible format is PDF. Others include .docx, .html, .pptx, and .txt.
Maximum file size is 50 MB.
How many documents can I upload?
You can upload as many documents as you need, but we recommend using a single, well-structured document to speed up and optimize AI generation.
